Lead presales and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Business Central/F&O) solutions. Drive solution architecture, demos, POCs, and scoping; oversee implementation, data migration, integrations, governance, and AI-enabled ERP initiatives. Mentor consultants, support sales, ensure delivery quality, and develop practice IP, methodology, and thought leadership.

Lead cloud security engineering and incident response across AWS and Azure environments. Manage CSPM, CWPP, SIEM, vulnerability management, cloud monitoring, threat detection, and security controls. Develop detection rules, dashboards, log integrations, threat-hunting processes, and automation using Python or PowerShell. Secure Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code deployments. Perform L3 troubleshooting, investigations, root cause analysis, governance support, documentation, and mentoring of junior analysts.

Advises clients on identifying, designing, implementing, and governing AI capabilities across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365. The consultant facilitates discovery workshops, translates business needs into AI-enabled solutions, configures Copilot and Copilot Studio, supports AI agents and automations, contributes to proofs of concept, and assists with customer engagement, demonstrations, governance, and pre-sales activities.
