Leads the Support Services business in Australia, owning growth strategy, commercial readiness, renewals, offer positioning, SDIS market adoption, sales enablement, vendor coordination, and operational governance. The role aligns Sales, Delivery, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Global Product teams to improve revenue, retention, margins, SLA performance, and market penetration. It also builds renewals capabilities, supports strategic bids and renewals, develops service packaging and pricing, and provides performance insights to senior leadership.

Advises clients on identifying, designing, implementing, and governing AI capabilities across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365. The consultant facilitates discovery workshops, translates business needs into AI-enabled solutions, configures Copilot and Copilot Studio, supports AI agents and automations, contributes to proofs of concept, and assists with customer engagement, demonstrations, governance, and pre-sales activities.

Lead LogicMonitor monitoring and observability platform uplift, remediation, automation, and standardization for complex enterprise clients. Deliver contractual outcomes supporting renewals, act as a senior escalation authority, manage client-specific requirements, mentor engineers, and ensure service continuity and onshore capability commitments.
