Gather, analyze, and interpret workforce data to develop reports, dashboards, metrics, trend analyses, and workforce planning insights. Support CASG and Defence GWEO programs across acquisition, delivery and sustainment. Duties include engineering, test and evaluation, configuration and technical data management, ILS artefacts and sustainment planning, stakeholder engagement with APS/ADF/industry, and project delivery through Defence governance frameworks. Roles require Defence domain experience and security clearance.
