Provides strategic and operational HR advice to leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include employee relations, investigations, workforce planning, HRIS processes, talent and succession planning, remuneration, engagement, learning initiatives, reporting, policy interpretation, and organisational change. The role builds stakeholder relationships, supports compliant workplace practices, and contributes to people programs under a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Leads Employee Services and People Operations, setting strategic direction and driving HR technology transformation, process redesign, automation, self-service, employee experience, workforce reporting, governance, and continuous improvement. The role manages an established team, partners with enterprise stakeholders, optimizes HR systems and workflows, and delivers operational efficiencies across the employee lifecycle.

Develops Australia’s sovereign solid rocket motor supplier network by identifying capability gaps, supporting supplier qualification and production readiness, coordinating technical and program stakeholders, aligning supplier development plans with manufacturing needs, and supporting Australian Industry Capability commitments and reporting.
