Own and grow Nivoda’s Australian and New Zealand customer accounts. Responsibilities include retention, expansion, win-back activities, business reviews, account health tracking in Salesforce, resolving customer issues with internal teams, and feeding market insights into product, pricing, and supply decisions. The role focuses on existing B2B jewellery retailer relationships rather than new customer acquisition and occasionally represents the company at regional trade fairs and industry events.
