Manage end-to-end marketplace order management for a strategic account, using standardized reporting and KPIs to assess order book health, drive continuous improvement, embed automation/analytics, and partner cross-functionally to deliver on delivery commitments and commercial objectives.

Lead national account partnerships with sports retailers to drive go-to-market execution, in-season management, and commercial targets. Develop seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario plans, deliver product presentations, identify product opportunities, and coordinate order tracking, sales and stock tracking, and cross-functional teams to maximize account profitability.

Execute daily and seasonal allocation plans to deliver the right product to stores. Use sales data, forecasts and promotional plans to manage inventory, report on sales and sell-through, support pre-season and in-season allocation actions, assist with assortment builds and aged inventory, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve allocation processes.
