Leads commercial operations for hyperscale data centre construction projects, overseeing procurement, contracts, cost control, forecasting, financial reporting, risk management, compliance, and stakeholder relationships. The role develops commercial strategies, negotiates contractor and vendor agreements, manages variations and disputes, and provides strategic advice to project leadership. It also leads commercial teams and drives cost efficiency, commercial integrity, and value throughout project delivery.

Lead end-to-end delivery of hyperscale data centre projects, overseeing planning, design, approvals, construction, contractors, budgets, risk, quality, safety and stakeholder engagement. Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance and commercial control, and deliver projects on time and on budget.

Lead planning and technical design for hyperscale data centre projects across all phases, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver compliant, resilient, prefabricated designs focused on safety, buildability, commercial outcomes, and speed of delivery.
