Incorporate AI-enabled approaches, support talent processes (talent reviews, performance cycles, development planning), partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps, and manage end-to-end delivery from scoping to evaluation and continuous improvement.

Lead end-to-end delivery of hyperscale data centre projects, overseeing planning, design, approvals, construction, contractors, budgets, risk, quality, safety and stakeholder engagement. Provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance and commercial control, and deliver projects on time and on budget.

Lead planning and technical design for hyperscale data centre projects across all phases, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver compliant, resilient, prefabricated designs focused on safety, buildability, commercial outcomes, and speed of delivery.
