Own and optimize the APAC customer acquisition funnel, run A/B and multivariate tests, align marketing with sales and ops, manage ABM and regional campaigns, analyze GA4/HubSpot/CRM data, optimize spend across paid and organic channels, and support local/regional events to drive pipeline and conversion.

Provide remote and onsite IT support and maintenance for client networks, servers, virtual environments, and Microsoft technologies. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage user identities (AD/GPO), support deployments and upgrades, maintain documentation and SLAs, and collaborate with stakeholders. Role requires travel to client sites and background checks (Police Check and WWCC).
