Leads the architecture, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of enterprise AI and Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Designs production AI agents, integrations, APIs, security controls, responsible AI guardrails, testing, monitoring, and support models. Facilitates customer discovery, technical planning, presales, delivery coordination, and solution estimation. Leads onshore and offshore technical teams, mentors junior consultants, supports deployments, troubleshoots issues, and optimizes performance across multiple client engagements.

Lead the architecture and hands-on delivery of enterprise GCP platform components, including landing zones, security controls, networking, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform modules, and observability. Partner with security architects on zero-trust governance, threat modeling, and formal reviews. Build resilient cloud foundations, automate delivery using GitOps, and produce solution design documentation and architectural blueprints. Serve as a senior technical authority responsible for approximately 15 platform solutions ahead of a major go-live.

Own the enterprise Salesforce landscape through technical architecture, hands-on Apex and Lightning development, integrations, data governance, DevOps, and platform evolution. Design scalable Salesforce solutions across core clouds, establish technical standards and CI/CD practices, optimize platform performance, and collaborate with architects, analysts, and product owners. The role requires deep Salesforce engineering expertise, enterprise integration experience, and architectural leadership.
