Leads financial control, governance, and accounting services across nbn’s capital programs. Ensures accurate management, forecasting, and statutory reporting; maintains accounting integrity and controls throughout the asset lifecycle; partners with Commercial Finance, Project Delivery, Fixed Asset Accounting, and service providers; and drives continuous improvement and governance excellence.

Provides economic and regulatory advice to support nbn’s commercial and compliance outcomes. The role manages regulatory initiatives, contributes to revenue proposals under the Special Access Undertaking, assesses expenditure prudency and efficiency, interprets financial and pricing information, prepares submissions, engages stakeholders, supports strategic planning, and mentors colleagues.

Lead nbn’s enterprise semantics and knowledge graph capability by developing strategy, standards, governance, and frameworks for AI-ready data. Drive ontology adoption, mature the Enterprise Knowledge Graph, establish semantic governance, and enable business domains to manage semantic assets. Partner across business and technology teams to support trustworthy AI, intelligent automation, explainability, traceability, and data-driven decision-making while delivering measurable enterprise outcomes.
