Lead strategic risk assessments for AI, technology, and business initiatives. Partner with business, technology, security, and privacy stakeholders to provide practical risk guidance, embed governance and controls across technology lifecycles, and support assurance, remediation, reporting, education, and risk maturity initiatives. The role focuses on responsible AI and emerging technology risk while contributing to broader risk management priorities.

Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity planning, testing, governance, and continual improvement for a production telecommunications network. The role leads recovery exercises, validates procedures, assesses failover capabilities, tracks risks and remediation, maintains governance frameworks, and advises network projects on resilience and operational readiness. Strong stakeholder engagement across technical teams and vendors is essential, along with experience in disaster recovery, operational resilience, network operations, telecommunications, or critical infrastructure.

Optimize nbn’s fixed wireless network performance, reliability, capacity, and customer experience. Analyze network data, identify improvement opportunities, automate and enable predictive operations, improve processes, and support investment decisions. Collaborate with engineering, operations, product, customer experience, and vendor teams while translating technical findings into actionable recommendations. The role requires telecommunications experience, wireless access and backhaul capacity management expertise, network optimization knowledge, and proficiency with analytics and business intelligence tools.
