Lead an enterprise-wide program to deliver Business Service Standards by owning the integrated schedule, managing dependencies and risks, fostering governance, reporting, and cross-team collaboration to deliver consistent service outcomes.

Lead advanced business and data analysis end-to-end to inform strategy, investment and delivery. Translate ambiguous objectives into structured hypotheses, modelling and scenario analysis. Integrate operational, customer, financial and technical data to build business cases, quantify trade-offs and present executive-ready insights. Collaborate across stakeholders, mentor analysts, and uplift analytic practices to drive evidence-based decision making.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Strategy Officer and leadership team by managing complex diaries, travel, meetings and events end-to-end. Coordinate logistics, prepare agendas and polished communications, capture outcomes and follow up on actions. Build trusted relationships across the business, champion office and document management best practices, and drive continuous improvements to processes to ensure a cohesive, efficient and inclusive working environment.
