Deploy, scale, and optimise models on AWS (SageMaker/Bedrock/S3), implement MLOps (CI/CD, versioning, monitoring, containerisation) and own projects end-to-end while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Manage and grow strategic financial services and payments partnerships. Serve as primary partner contact, lead commercial negotiations and contracts, coordinate cross-functional delivery with product, technology and compliance, support RFPs and strategic initiatives, and identify risks and cost-optimization opportunities.

Maintain and support the PayGlobal hosting platform: ensure production stability, implement build/provisioning/deployment and monitoring workflows, collaborate with product and engineering teams, mentor junior DevOps engineers, and participate in 24/7 on‑call rotations.

Drive development of MYOB's SaaS business platform with end-to-end ownership of integration, solution design and architecture. Lead large-scale data migration and integrations (HubSpot, Workday, Billing, CPQ), ensure data integrity and performance, migrate legacy systems to cloud-native SaaS, implement APIs, serverless and microservices, champion DevSecOps and CI/CD, and mentor junior developers while delivering incremental business value.

Design and build AI-paired workflows and agentic solutions across the organisation. Partner with business teams to redesign work, extend AI stack and integrations, coach adopters, and measure impact on speed, quality, and throughput.

Develop and enhance MYOB's checkout journey, integrating with financial institutions. Build secure, scalable cloud-native services using Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, Kubernetes and AWS, collaborate with the team, follow TDD, DevOps and event-driven practices, and contribute to product quality and performance.

Lead product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for SME embedded payables. Drive discovery, validation, and prioritisation across supplier payments, AP automation, FX and bills. Collaborate with engineering, data, finance, risk, partners and customers to launch workflow-native, commercially viable solutions and track outcomes.

Provide customer support for novated lease journeys, manage vehicle onboarding and lease activations, assist with settlement documentation and in-life lease management, maintain CRM records, and perform ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth lease operations.

Assess and approve merchant onboarding applications against MYOB policies and risk appetite. Gather and analyse KYC/KYB and business information, document risk findings with recommendations, maintain accurate client records in CRM, and configure/provision payment facilities to get clients operational quickly while preventing fraud and financial loss.

Design, build, and support reliable, scalable data pipelines and infrastructure. Prepare structured data and metadata for AI/analytics, ensure data quality and governance, collaborate with engineers, data scientists and analysts, and drive continuous improvement and observability across the data platform.

Act as primary contact between product delivery and client services to manage Salesforce support issues from identification to production deployment. Monitor SLAs, prioritize and coordinate fixes with development, perform hands-on testing (functional, integration, performance, regression), manage release documentation, and work with stakeholders and third-party vendors to minimise delays and ensure quality deliveries.
