Translate strategy into roadmaps, lead customer discovery, prioritize investments using data, develop high-performing product teams, champion responsible AI adoption, and align senior stakeholders across Design, Technology, Data, and Product Marketing.

Lead and grow MYOB’s mid-market expansion sales function for Acumatica customers. Manage, coach, and develop Expansion Specialists; build scalable upsell and cross-sell processes; identify growth opportunities using customer and performance data; deliver targeted expansion campaigns; and partner with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Solutions Consulting, and Commercial Operations to drive expansion ARR.

Lead design and build of ML systems (especially LLMs/foundation models) to deliver AI features like document understanding, forecasting, and conversational interfaces.
