Own end-to-end partner lifecycle from prospecting to BAU, drive commercial negotiations, expand solution penetration, and coordinate internal teams (Product, Tech, Legal, Operations, Customer Success) to deliver and scale integrations. Develop partner plans, manage stakeholder relationships, and identify opportunities for continued growth and optimisation.

Design, build, and maintain high-throughput, fault-tolerant backend microservices in Go. Shape data models and optimise PostgreSQL queries, champion code quality via reviews and testing, collaborate with product and design, and introduce AI tooling and automation to improve quality and remove bottlenecks.
