Provides technical inside sales support for instrumentation, controls, PVF, and specialty products. Advises customers on specifications, applications, product selection, and actuator sizing; prepares quotes; processes orders; coordinates with vendors and supply management; maintains inventory, pricing, rebate, and customer records; supports quality standards and customer inquiries.

Provides technical inside sales support for instrumentation, controls, valves, and specialty products. Assists customers with product specifications, actuator sizing, troubleshooting, product recommendations, pricing, quotes, orders, inventory setup, and vendor coordination. Maintains product, pricing, rebate, discount, and customer records while supporting quality standards and resolving material issues. Requires customer service or inside sales experience, PVF product knowledge, computer proficiency, communication skills, regular travel, and a valid driver’s license.
