The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for executing a sales strategy, closing deals, building relationships with CTOs, and leading complex sales processes within assigned accounts.

Drive revenue growth within assigned enterprise accounts by building pipeline, prospecting into CTOs and engineering/IT leaders, closing complex deals, and partnering with Solutions Architects, Professional Services, Customer Success and channel partners to maximize deal size and satisfaction.

Lead strategic customer success for a portfolio of Enterprise (G2000) accounts, driving retention, revenue realization, and advocacy. Advise on complex technical and operational strategies, conduct business reviews, create mutual success plans, and coordinate cross-functional resources. Mentor team members, influence product direction with customer insights, and maintain accurate account data while leveraging AI to improve engagement and efficiency.

Drive revenue growth within assigned enterprise accounts by prospecting, qualifying, and closing complex deals. Target CTOs and engineering/IT leaders, partner with solution architects, professional services, customer success and channel partners, and participate in sales enablement and training programs.
