Coordinate daily driver allocations, delivery schedules, run sheets, and documentation. Monitor driver progress, adjust delivery runs, communicate through two-way radio, and provide customers with timely status updates. Maintain container movement records, operational spreadsheets, and reports while ensuring compliance with fatigue regulations, weight limits, safety standards, and dangerous goods requirements.

Own and grow strategic freight forwarding and logistics accounts by driving retention, service quality, profitability, and long-term client value. Serve as the primary client contact, lead reviews and reporting, manage onboarding and supply-chain optimization, oversee account financial performance, resolve escalations, and coordinate cross-functional delivery across internal and global teams.
