Strong stakeholder management, HR administration experience, benefits knowledge, attention to detail, Microsoft Office expertise, and an HR or Business degree are required.

Lead consumer data strategy and CRM execution, integrate data across consumer touchpoints, partner with marketing and tech teams to drive data-driven experiences, ensure privacy/governance compliance, manage database growth, and measure acquisition and engagement performance.
