Support and troubleshoot GxP process automation systems for mRNA manufacturing using DeltaV, Allen-Bradley PLCs, Aveva System Platform, ControlLogix, Syncade, Apprentice Tempo, and PI Historian. Ensure regulatory compliance in automation design and operations, provide technical leadership, and mentor junior engineers while supporting continuous operation and occasional off-hours coverage.

The Country Head, Regulatory Affairs will lead regulatory strategy for Australia and New Zealand, manage local regulatory compliance, and drive strategic partnerships to support local vaccine manufacturing.

Provide QA oversight for equipment, process, and laboratory validation across drug product manufacturing. Lead review and approval of validation documentation, investigations, CAPAs, and change controls. Support technology transfer, inspection readiness, and coach cross-functional teams on GMP, risk-based decision making, and quality systems.
