Teams at MINDBODY

Manages a portfolio of complex customers as their technical and account-management point of contact. Uses SQL, API knowledge, data analysis, and product expertise to resolve integration issues, improve workflows, educate customers, and coordinate with engineering, product, and data teams. The role develops technical solutions, documents procedures, tracks engagements and milestones, advocates for customer needs, and supports advanced escalations while traveling to customer locations as needed.
