Teams at Microsoft

Lead engineering teams to improve Azure Storage service quality, resiliency, chaos engineering, and validation infrastructure. Integrate AI tools and Responsible AI across the SDLC, coordinate cross-team plans, resolve complex incidents, and ensure scalable performance and best practices.

Manage sensitive and escalated customer and partner issues, coordinating internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive resolution. Lead strategic projects, mentor support managers, improve resolution processes, identify recurring issues, establish protocols, and communicate with senior and C-level stakeholders. The role requires Microsoft product expertise, cloud certification, incident and escalation management experience, and successful completion of Microsoft’s Cloud Background Check.

Lead design and delivery of scalable, reliable backend services for Azure infrastructure. Own distributed-system design, implementation, testing, and operations. Drive incident response, on-call rotations, observability, automation, code reviews, and mentor engineers to improve reliability and operational excellence.
