Lead and develop a team of Windows Specialists responsible for enterprise customer engagements, Windows adoption, competitive defense, revenue growth, partner orchestration, and executive stakeholder alignment. Coach consultative selling and Windows platform strategy while guiding customers through endpoint modernization, security, management, and AI-readiness initiatives. Manage hiring, performance, succession planning, and cross-functional execution across Microsoft account teams, engineering, marketing, and ecosystem partners.

Implement and operate cloud and on-premises cybersecurity controls for datacenter infrastructure. Proactively identify, investigate, and mitigate security issues; install and maintain security hardware/software; create detections and incident response plans; recommend security policy improvements; collaborate with partner teams and participate in on-call rotation.
