Serves as the primary technical and customer support contact for complex Azure issues and projects. Troubleshoots mission-critical applications, conducts health checks and root-cause analysis, manages escalations, advises on Azure configurations and deployments, and communicates technical issues to varied audiences. Synthesizes customer feedback, identifies product and knowledge gaps, advocates for platform improvements, and partners with engineering, product, field, and support teams to improve reliability and customer experience.

Embedded Senior Data Scientist in a Forward Deployed Engineering team who builds, evaluates, and ships production-ready ML solutions. Works with messy real-world data, runs experiments tied to business outcomes, collaborates with engineers and product teams, and applies modern AI practices while maintaining security, quality, and customer focus.

Provides technical support for SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Office, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Copilot. Responsibilities include investigating and resolving complex customer issues, troubleshooting identity, permissions, licensing, performance, and configuration problems, meeting support SLAs, documenting resolutions, escalating defects, and collaborating with engineering teams. The role also contributes to automation, readiness programs, mentoring, product improvements, and secure AI and Microsoft 365 configuration practices. Flexible evening and weekend shifts may be required.
