Own inbound venue inquiries across Australia and New Zealand, qualify leads, book qualified demos, and provide detailed handoffs to Business Development Managers. Build outbound pipeline through phone, LinkedIn, email, industry events, and partner networks. Maintain accurate Salesforce records, manage multi-touch prospecting campaigns, and provide Marketing with feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.

Design and produce high-quality brand, social, sales, product, and video assets while building scalable creative systems. Develop a Creative OS with Figma templates, AI-powered workflows, content generators, reusable frameworks, and a self-serve Notion hub. Partner cross-functionally to improve brand consistency, content quality, speed, and output across the business.

Own product design end-to-end, from discovery and customer research through shipped, measured experiences. Design coherent systems, maintain quality across interfaces, prototype in code and tools such as Figma and Claude, and use AI to accelerate workflows. Collaborate with product and engineering, stay close to venue operators and guests, provide feedback, and improve design practices. The role emphasizes commercial outcomes, experimentation, customer impact, and shipping at scale in a flexible Sydney or Melbourne-based environment.
