Lead marketing and communications strategy for Cogent Thinking and UHG. Plan and execute digital campaigns, content, thought leadership, brand positioning, and go-to-market activities. Manage agencies, production schedules, budgets, KPIs, and stakeholder relationships to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.

Liaise with medical practices to schedule telehealth GP appointments, manage a caseload in the medEbridge case management platform, make and receive calls, handle inquiries, maintain appointment calendar and tele inbox, and write accurate case notes.

Coach and support clients with disability, injury or health conditions to build job‑readiness, connect with employers, secure sustainable employment, collaborate with partners, and maintain compliant records.
