Responsibilities include building RAG systems, APIs, integrations, MLOps and DevOps practices, monitoring, governance, and responsible AI controls. The role translates business needs into production-ready AI products and partners with data engineering, cybersecurity, privacy, risk, and governance teams.

Designs, builds, integrates, and supports Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions. Responsibilities include developing Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse solutions; integrating D365 with Azure and external APIs; translating stakeholder needs into secure applications; supporting production environments; troubleshooting; and contributing to DevOps, CI/CD, and continuous improvement.

Supports novated lease customers through phone, email, and online enquiries. Responsibilities include explaining claims, processing approvals, preparing and checking lease documents, maintaining accurate records, coordinating issue resolution, and managing follow-ups. The role requires strong customer service, organisation, attention to detail, technology confidence, initiative, and teamwork. It is hybrid, with two days in the Melbourne CBD office and three days working from home.
