The role aligns marketing and business development, supports complex tenders, manages budgets and growth forecasts, improves client acquisition and retention, and builds high-performing teams. Success requires strong financial services expertise, B2B sales and marketing leadership, executive stakeholder management, negotiation, product launches, and commercial growth experience.
