Provides administrative and legal support to a Principal Lawyer in a public and product liability practice. Responsibilities include preparing legal documents and court materials, managing client files, correspondence, billing, diaries, deadlines, medical and evidentiary records, and settlement or court proceedings. The role also involves client and stakeholder communication, process improvement, mentoring team members, issue escalation, and maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Lead the development and governance of legal knowledge across Personal Law. Design knowledge assets, playbooks, processes, and AI-enabled tools; collaborate with legal leaders, technology teams, and subject matter experts; and improve consistency, quality, efficiency, and knowledge sharing. The role also involves legal research and drafting, training, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, change management, and embedding best practices into everyday legal practice.

Represent clients in asbestos, silica, dust diseases, WorkCover, and personal injury litigation. Manage client relationships, legal matters, deadlines, and external referrers while pursuing fair compensation outcomes. Apply strong legal, analytical, commercial, communication, and organisational skills, contribute to business development, and provide leadership and guidance to the wider team.
