Manage the Personal Law Strategic Program by establishing PMO governance, integrated roadmaps, executive reporting, budget forecasting, risk tracking, resource coordination, and benefits realization. Lead strategic initiatives from initiation through delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, support change adoption, and influence stakeholders across a matrixed legal services organization.

Manage work injury matters from inception through resolution, advise clients, draft legal and court documents, develop case strategies, negotiate, advocate, maintain compliance and billing records, and build stakeholder relationships. The role also includes business development, networking, mentoring junior team members, and delivering empathetic client service within a collaborative plaintiff law practice.
