Lead optimisation, experimentation and delivery of high‑performing digital experiences. Manage release pipelines, design and run A/B and multivariate tests, drive UX optimisation, translate analytics into actionable insights, and own end-to-end project delivery across UX, marketing, technology and agency partners.

Provide legal advice and litigation support in public liability matters. Manage client intake and files, review records, draft client communications and court documents, brief counsel and experts, attend court hearings and mediations, and work collaboratively to achieve equitable outcomes for clients.

Provide in-house legal support to the Senior Executive and firm across commercial, regulatory and privacy matters. Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, advise on AI and innovation projects, support acquisitions and litigation, and influence professional standards with commercially focused, executive-level legal counsel.

Provide legal advice and representation in employment and industrial matters, prepare legal documents, attend procedural hearings, run litigation in tribunals and courts, conduct conciliations/mediations, manage client communications, and build relationships with peers and external referrers while ensuring compliance with legal procedures.

Provide personal injury litigation for asbestos, silica and occupational disease clients. Manage client cases end-to-end, apply technical legal knowledge, build referrer relationships, pursue business development, lead and support the team, prioritise competing deadlines, and deliver excellent client service.

Work with senior leaders to diagnose problems, design solutions and coordinate delivery across strategy, operations, product, finance, digital and people. Tasks include operating model and organisational design, business cases, product pilots, process improvement, and applying AI and modern tools to deliver measurable outcomes that improve access to justice.

Provide administrative and legal support to the Road and Work / Work Injuries team: manage client enquiries and expectations, administer client files from open to close, prepare client correspondence and court documents, manage diaries and meetings, action mail, prepare client bills, and perform generalist administrative tasks.
