Lead end-to-end brand strategy and activation for a Petcare portfolio: develop 3-year growth plans, manage NPD pipeline and launches, own marketing budget/P&L impact, adapt global creative for local in-store and digital activation, and lead cross-functional and agency partnerships.

The Portfolio Marketing Specialist will execute portfolio strategies, manage product projects, develop marketing materials, analyze portfolio health, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

The role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting cPLM business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and collaborating with stakeholders on PLM systems. It ensures process improvements and knowledge transfer during service introductions.
