Supports Mars Pet Nutrition’s Coles account through promotional administration, accrual and claims reconciliation, pricing and new product processes, financial analysis, joint business planning, and category management. The role analyzes sales and retail scan data, builds customer relationships, identifies process improvements, and supports commercial strategy with a pathway toward national account management.

Leads internal communications strategy for Mars Pet Nutrition ANZ, advising senior leaders and driving leadership, culture, engagement, transformation, and change communications. Connects employees across manufacturing sites, offices, and field teams through digital and traditional channels. Oversees community partnerships and purpose activation initiatives, develops communication campaigns, and measures engagement and business impact.

Drive territory growth by building relationships with veterinary clinics, promoting Royal Canin therapeutic diets, educating clinic staff, executing territory plans, attending industry events, and tracking activity, expenses and performance to expand veterinary distribution.
