The Founding Investment Associate will source Australian frontier AI startups, evaluate early-stage ventures, assess technical and commercial potential, write investment theses, and support founders. The role also involves building the fund’s deal-flow tracking and due-diligence processes, developing back-office systems, and helping portfolio companies overcome operational challenges. Candidates should have venture capital experience, strong AI fluency, high agency, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
