Deploy and adapt AI systems for Victorian Justice and Emergency Services customers. Responsibilities include designing, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying ML systems across on-premises, air-gapped, and classified environments; owning data pipelines, RAG, MLOps, security hardening, technical planning, architecture documentation, and executive briefings. The role also feeds customer insights back into the model-training team.

Lead marketing for Matilda, Maincode’s Australian-made AI stack. The role focuses on developing and improving the company’s marketing, content, communications, storytelling, and overall public narrative. The successful candidate will conduct deep research into Maincode’s work, identify opportunities to strengthen its positioning, and creatively build awareness of Matilda worldwide. Maincode seeks a highly driven, inventive, irreverent, mission-oriented marketer with exceptional standards and persistence.

Provide in-house legal counsel across AI products, including governance, regulatory compliance, legal terms, customer and partner contracts, audits, and product-related legal matters. Work independently with limited external counsel while supporting local and international growth and developing expertise in AI law.
