Lead marketing for Matilda, Maincode’s Australian-made AI stack. The role focuses on developing and improving the company’s marketing, content, communications, storytelling, and overall public narrative. Design and operate advanced AI infrastructure, focusing on GPU clusters and large-scale systems. Collaborate with researchers and develop architectural solutions from first principles.

The role involves building and maintaining back end services for a large language model, focusing on APIs, infrastructure, reliability, and system performance.

The role involves contributing to the development of Matilda, a conversational AI platform, through research, system building, and learning in various domains.

Build and maintain front end systems for Matilda's public product, focusing on user experience, performance, and reliable interactions.

The AI Researcher will design architectures, run experiments, evaluate large language models, and collaborate with ML engineers for model training and analysis.

The Signal Engineer will develop data pipelines for cleaning and processing large datasets for training a language model, ensuring high quality data through editorial judgment and engineering expertise.

Lead end-to-end go-to-market for Matilda: identify institutional opportunities, pursue and close pilots, handle procurement/security/legal, convert deployments into references, and build growth systems and reporting using AI tools.

Conduct technical screening conversations for engineering candidates, assess fundamentals, produce hiring recommendations, and build talent systems including screening tools, dashboards, and application automation. Collaborate with talent and engineering teams to calibrate evaluation standards and improve the hiring pipeline.
