The role also feeds customer insights back into the model-training team.

Provide in-house legal counsel across AI products, including governance, regulatory compliance, legal terms, customer and partner contracts, audits, and product-related legal matters. Work independently with limited external counsel while supporting local and international growth and developing expertise in AI law.

Source and engage highly qualified engineers and researchers across GitHub, academic papers, meetups, communities, and referrals. Build genuine relationships, assess candidates’ work and fit, conduct outreach and in-person meetings, and provide concise evaluations to the talent lead.
