Provides advanced application support for clinical diagnostics healthcare technology. Resolves complex issues and escalations, manages critical incidents, performs root cause analysis, troubleshoots LIMS, LIS, EMR, and related applications, and partners with customers, Product, Delivery, and Development teams. The role also mentors Application Specialists, improves service delivery, and contributes to continuous improvement across the Clinical Diagnostics portfolio.

Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, refunds, payment allocation, customer queries, and aged debtor follow-up. Support month-end accruals and maintain accurate account records. Identify and implement automation and process improvements across finance operations while providing responsive service to customers and internal stakeholders.

Own and improve the reliability, quality, governance, and observability of the company’s internal data platform. Build production data pipelines and integrations, implement testing and validation, document lineage, enable self-service analytics, and automate operational support. Collaborate with product engineers, delivery teams, and data specialists while using AI-assisted development tools to improve data engineering practices.
