Develop and maintain user manuals, product documentation, and release content for clinical diagnostics software across APAC. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, developers, and subject matter experts to translate complex technical information into clear, accurate, accessible documentation. Coordinate reviews, align content with product releases, improve documentation processes and tools, and manage deliverables against milestones and deadlines.

Serve as the first point of contact for Gentu customers, handling support cases through phone, email, and ticketing systems. Troubleshoot Tier 1 technical issues, manage incidents through resolution, document cases, escalate complex problems, support product updates, maintain knowledge resources, and provide customer training. Collaborate with product, implementation, and technical teams to improve support processes and customer outcomes.

Lead the evolution of customer onboarding and data conversion through AI, automation, AWS cloud services, and data intelligence. The role designs scalable automation, improves data quality, optimizes platforms and pipelines, develops predictive capabilities, and partners cross-functionally to reduce migration risk and improve customer outcomes.

Supports the Practice Management Sales team by handling inbound customer enquiries, licensing and purchasing requests, CRM data maintenance, sales administration, reporting, documentation, and cross-team coordination. The role focuses on delivering positive customer experiences, maintaining accurate Salesforce records, improving processes, and helping sales activities run efficiently.

Own and improve the reliability, quality, governance, and observability of the company’s internal data platform. Build production data pipelines and integrations, implement testing and validation, document lineage, enable self-service analytics, and automate operational support. Collaborate with product engineers, delivery teams, and data specialists while using AI-assisted development tools to improve data engineering practices.
