Leads People Operations, People Technology, HR services, workforce reporting, and operational improvement. Owns the People technology roadmap, HRIS optimisation, automation, reporting, compliance partnership, employee experience, and shared-services maturity. The role requires direct team leadership, systems transformation experience, strong workforce analytics, senior stakeholder influence, and knowledge of Australian employment legislation.

Own and evolve a multi-brand design system across web and mobile for HomeMade and Mable. Design tokens, components, patterns, documentation, governance, accessibility standards, and AI-tool integration. Audit component usage, drive consolidation, partner with engineering on implementation and quality, lead the cross-functional Design System Guild, and advocate for adoption. The role requires strong systems thinking, advanced Figma expertise, autonomy, decision-making, and practical experience using AI tools such as Claude.

Lead multiple engineering squads across technical direction, architecture, delivery, and stakeholder management. Mentor squad leaders and engineers, manage engineering team leads, improve engineering practices, monitor delivery efficiency, promote modern development and DevOps practices, and contribute to building a high-quality engineering organization.
