Lead one or more cross-functional SAP-domain engineering squads to deliver product outcomes, manage stakeholder expectations, develop engineers, drive engineering best practices (TDD, CI/CD, DevOps), and contribute to architecture and tooling decisions while improving squad performance and delivery transparency.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience through design research, UX/UI execution, and user testing. Responsibilities include developing wireframes, prototypes, and facilitating workshops, while advocating for a user-centered design process.

Build and maintain Angular frontend applications and reusable components, uphold WCAG accessibility, own frontend architecture, mentor juniors, produce documentation, test and deploy production code, and drive design-system standards.
