What's the Company Culture Like at Lowe’s?

I knew Lowe’s would be a good fit for me after learning about their five core behaviors, which really resonated with me. Additionally, Lowe’s leadership trusts and empowers associates to make the best decisions for their space. There is a lot of growth when you are part of a culture like this.

Lowe's gave me the opportunity to grow and establish a professional career as a female leader. I love people and believe we all have a chance to make a difference in an inclusive environment.

Being a member of the Inclusion Leadership team has been a great way for me to impact the enterprise from a universal perspective. We are going to utilize our differences, to build a team empowered and fortified by our diversity to deliver results while ‘Solving problems and fulfilling dreams for the homes.’
 

For me, being a part of the IN has helped me to build my network of diverse, driven and talented leaders within the organization and built my feeling of belonging at Lowe’s by having a trusted peer group that I can rely on for professional and personal connection. The relationships formed through these groups are hard to replicate.

Lowe's is a great place to work because it is very inclusive. Even if you're autistic like myself or if you’re somebody who is part of the LGBT community, they do their best to make you feel comfortable here.
