Owns delivery of content-focused digital workflow initiatives from roadmap through release. Defines requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs; coordinates dependencies, sequencing, and delivery workstreams; and ensures build-ready outputs. Partners with Content, Product, workflow owners, and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions, improve workflow efficiency, manage risks and trade-offs, and provide predictable delivery aligned with roadmap priorities.

Research legislation, regulatory guidance, policy changes, and compliance obligations to identify emerging risks and customer needs. Develop structured regulatory content, datasets, obligation summaries, templates, data models, and prototype compliance solutions. Translate complex requirements into practical workflow resources, collaborate with legal, product, and technology teams, and use AI tools to improve research, drafting, and content creation.
