Support the availability, performance, resilience, and reliability of secure production platforms. Provide Level 2 and Level 3 incident response, root cause analysis, monitoring, logging, observability, automation, infrastructure as code, configuration management, and CI/CD improvements. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to maintain high-availability systems and implement sustainable corrective actions in a mission-critical national security environment.

Build, support, and evolve secure cloud and hybrid platforms for business-critical applications. Automate infrastructure and application delivery using Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, scripting, and deployment tooling. Improve reliability, performance, observability, security, and operational efficiency through monitoring, vulnerability remediation, lifecycle management, and resilience practices. Collaborate with developers, architects, cybersecurity teams, infrastructure staff, and business stakeholders to enhance platform capabilities and deployment processes.

Provide Level 2/3 systems administration for a virtual data centre supporting geospatial programs: maintain Linux (RHEL) and Windows Server environments, manage virtual servers (vSphere, AppV), script with PowerShell/Python, create MECM advertisements/collections/packages, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with network, technical teams and stakeholders.
