Lead complex technology projects for enterprise clients, managing technical teams, vendors, stakeholders, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, and delivery outcomes. Apply hybrid, waterfall, Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and DevOps methodologies. Facilitate requirements workshops, maintain project governance and reporting, drive roadmaps, and improve delivery frameworks. Projects may involve Azure infrastructure, data, security, infrastructure as code, and DevOps technologies.

Own full-stack software delivery from architecture through production support. Build React and TypeScript interfaces, Python APIs, PostgreSQL data models, Azure deployments, and AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, agents, evaluation, and guardrails. Collaborate with consultants, architects, clients, and non-engineers to deliver solutions, while mentoring developers and maintaining high standards for testing, observability, reviews, and operational ownership.

Lead end-to-end Azure platform and automation initiatives, designing secure and scalable cloud solutions. Develop Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, manage AKS and Helm deployments, build CI/CD pipelines, and advise senior stakeholders on architecture. Produce engineering documentation, support planning and risk management, mentor engineers, assist onboarding and hiring, and help improve team capability. The role requires strong Azure, Kubernetes, automation, networking, identity, security, and cloud governance expertise.
