Provides technical leadership for Azure Cloud and DevOps Managed Services, driving automation-first transformation, AI-assisted operations, infrastructure as code, SRE practices, observability, reliability, and service improvement. Establishes engineering standards, quality gates, roadmaps, technical controls, and operational metrics while coordinating across teams, supporting complex incidents, guiding engineers, and engaging clients on technical solutions and service growth.

Own full-stack software delivery from architecture through production support. Build React and TypeScript interfaces, Python APIs, PostgreSQL data models, Azure deployments, and AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, agents, evaluation, and guardrails. Collaborate with consultants, architects, clients, and non-engineers to deliver solutions, while mentoring developers and maintaining high standards for testing, observability, reviews, and operational ownership.

Lead end-to-end Azure platform and automation initiatives, designing secure and scalable cloud solutions. Develop Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, manage AKS and Helm deployments, build CI/CD pipelines, and advise senior stakeholders on architecture. Produce engineering documentation, support planning and risk management, mentor engineers, assist onboarding and hiring, and help improve team capability. The role requires strong Azure, Kubernetes, automation, networking, identity, security, and cloud governance expertise.

Leads Azure-based data engineering engagements, including architecture, implementation, assessments, ingestion frameworks, data warehousing, analytics, and proof-of-concepts. Advises clients, presents to executives, supports presales, conducts workshops, reviews architectures, and contributes to delivery planning. Provides technical leadership through mentoring, hiring, onboarding, and engineering best-practice development.

Lead enterprise AI strategy, architecture, sales, and delivery across Agentic AI, GenAI, RAG, MLOps, and Azure platforms. Advise clients, define scalable architectures and roadmaps, oversee technical delivery and risk, support presales, mentor consultants, develop practice standards, and establish governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

Design, implement, support, and optimize complex Microsoft Azure cloud and DevOps solutions. Responsibilities include infrastructure automation, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, Azure networking, security, governance, high availability, Kubernetes, and post-implementation support. The role partners with architects, consultants, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver client engagements, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities.
