The Senior Software Engineer will work in a team to solve technical challenges using Python and Django, develop software for smart meters, and engage in domain modeling for the energy market.

Provide hands-on 1st–3rd line TechOps support across identity, devices, SaaS, networking and office infrastructure in APAC. Own projects to improve security, reliability and automation, collaborate with Security and Engineering, and build long-term solutions to recurring issues.

Lead the technical orchestration of a major client migration to the Kraken platform. Manage the technical pillar, align product and engineering, govern localisation and delivery, direct internal and external engineering contributors, support client adoption through training and change, and act as escalation point for senior stakeholders.
