Lead the technical orchestration of a major client migration to the Kraken platform. Manage the technical pillar, align product and engineering, govern localisation and delivery, direct internal and external engineering contributors, support client adoption through training and change, and act as escalation point for senior stakeholders.

Lead and deliver client-focused backend solutions: design robust, fault-tolerant systems with Python/Django, GraphQL and Celery; drive architecture, mentor engineers, coordinate cross-team work, document standards, and support client implementations and incidents.

Provide hands-on 1st–3rd line TechOps support across identity, devices, SaaS, networking and office infrastructure in APAC. Own projects to improve security, reliability and automation, collaborate with Security and Engineering, and build long-term solutions to recurring issues.
