Provide high-level administrative support to senior partners including diary management, meeting coordination, travel and event organisation, preparing presentations and reports, handling communications, assisting with invoicing/WIP/CRM updates, and general office administration across interstate teams.

Create and edit high-quality client-facing marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, capability statements), translate complex subject matter into clear copy, apply brand and tone guidelines, manage stakeholder reviews and tight print/production deadlines, support proposal drafting, and assist the Marketing & Design team during peak demand on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
