Provides high-impact executive support to a Service Line Lead and senior Partner, managing complex calendars, travel, expenses, CRM, reporting, governance, meetings, stakeholder engagements, and business administration. Translates leadership priorities into action plans, tracks commitments, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, prepares executive communications, and maintains confidentiality. Also mentors office support staff and strengthens leadership team effectiveness across the Public Sector Group.

Lead enterprise architecture consulting engagements for executive clients across diverse industries. Develop target-state architectures, technology roadmaps, enterprise blueprints, governance frameworks, and scalable solutions across application, integration, data, and security domains. Facilitate discovery workshops, advise on technology strategy and investments, provide architecture assurance for large transformation programs, evaluate emerging technologies, build trusted client relationships, and support growth of the Technology and Data Advisory practice.

Conduct quality assurance reviews of AML/CTF investigations, including KYC, transaction monitoring, ECDD, customer risk assessments, and complex financial crime cases. Identify process improvements, analyze QA data, coach analysts, support training, remediate issues, and assist with stakeholder management. The role requires strong AML/CTF regulatory knowledge, attention to detail, analytical ability, confidentiality, communication skills, and experience in regulated financial services environments.
