Manage the full bid lifecycle for major construction projects across Australia and New Zealand, from opportunity qualification through contract award and project handover. Develop bid strategies, value propositions, commercial pricing, risk plans, written proposals, budgets, and cost plans. Coordinate sales, engineering, finance, legal, marketing, and operations stakeholders while managing customer relationships and ensuring compliant, competitive submissions.

Leads the HR and people agenda for KONE’s Southwest Region, partnering with business leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, talent management, performance, employee relations, engagement, culture, and change initiatives. The role advises on employment and industrial relations matters, drives capability development and succession planning, communicates company values, and leads and develops HR team members.
