Provides administrative and operational support to the New Building Solutions sales team. Responsibilities include preparing sales documentation and contracts, reviewing requirements, assisting with tenders and proposals, maintaining Salesforce records, tracking milestones, coordinating communications, supporting customer inquiries, and facilitating internal handovers. The role requires strong organization, communication, commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Develop and execute sales plans, manage customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, generate leads, recommend tailored solutions, and manage the full sales cycle through project handover. The role involves pipeline reporting in Salesforce, collaboration with internal teams, and occasional travel across regional Victoria and Tasmania. Previous sales experience is desirable but not required, and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Lead KONE’s marketing, brand, and communications strategy across Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities include demand generation, account-based marketing, PR, reputation management, executive communications, digital campaigns, customer engagement, budget ownership, partner management, compliance, team leadership, and performance reporting.
