Lead civil and structural design and drafting for major rail and infrastructure projects. Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering and digital teams, support project delivery, coach other designers, and contribute to efficient, collaborative design practices. The role requires infrastructure experience, strong communication, design attention to detail, Bentley software proficiency, engineering awareness, and project coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.

Supports engineering teams by setting up drawings, creating basic 3D CAD models, interpreting engineering specifications and standards, and assisting senior designers and engineers. The role includes multidisciplinary collaboration, office-based drafting, and occasional site visits for field data collection using photos, laser scanning, and measurements.

Lead sustainability strategy and provide technical advice across large infrastructure projects. Embed sustainability from design through construction, perform carbon baselining, lifecycle cost and carbon assessments, select innovative materials, manage project planning, budgets, tenders, and client reporting, and support business development and stakeholder engagement.
