Lead major infrastructure programs in a client-side environment, overseeing multiple projects across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Build high-performing teams, manage stakeholders, risks, budgets, contracts, and delivery outcomes, and ensure projects meet safety, technical, environmental, operational, social, schedule, and cost requirements. The role also involves strategic leadership, business development, innovation, continuous improvement, reporting, and stakeholder alignment across clients, partners, vendors, regulators, and communities.
