Lead QA activities across product delivery and implementation teams, define and embed QA strategy and best practices, create and deliver test plans, lead test automation efforts (particularly API automation in TypeScript/JavaScript), coach engineers and stakeholders, manage QA resources, priorities and risk to ensure high-quality software deliveries in an Agile environment.

Investigate and resolve platform-level client incidents, perform root cause analysis across Databricks, APIs and dashboards, build automation and tooling (Python/SQL/AWS/Dataform), collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver scalable fixes, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation to maintain platform stability and improve client support processes.

Lead a technical support engineering team delivering forensic platform-level incident diagnosis, driving fixes and reliability improvements, and building automation and tooling (including AI) to reduce toil. Own on-call rotations, SLA reporting, stakeholder management, and cross-team coordination with Product and Engineering. Mentor engineers, shape agile practices, and drive support strategy for Australian clients while ensuring continuity across time zones.
