As a Workday Presales Executive/Solutions Architect at Kainos, you'll lead presales strategies, manage sales pipelines, and enhance team productivity while collaborating across departments to improve proposals and support delivery staff in sales activities.

Implement and configure enterprise Workday HCM solutions, lead functional workstreams, engage and advise customers, mentor junior consultants, support sales and estimates, and rotate across delivery and application management services.

Lead end-to-end delivery of global Workday implementations: define scope, manage planning/resourcing/commercials, act as client interface, oversee configuration, testing, data migration, go-live and handover, and support pre-sales and business growth.
