As a Senior Account Executive, you'll drive new business by building networks, servicing customers with a consultative approach, and managing partnerships for Kainos, focusing on achieving sales targets and fostering long-term relationships.

Lead end-to-end delivery of global Workday implementations: define scope, manage planning/resourcing/commercials, act as client interface, oversee configuration, testing, data migration, go-live and handover, and support pre-sales and business growth.

Implement and configure enterprise Workday HCM solutions, lead functional workstreams, engage and advise customers, mentor junior consultants, support sales and estimates, and rotate across delivery and application management services.
