Lead Workday Extend projects from requirements gathering through design, implementation, deployment, and support. Partner with customers to deliver commercially viable solutions, manage expectations, present to senior stakeholders, and build strong relationships. Contribute expert Extend guidance, education, and development within the Workday practice while working under deadlines and balancing customer and business needs.

Lead end-to-end delivery of global Workday implementations: define scope, manage planning/resourcing/commercials, act as client interface, oversee configuration, testing, data migration, go-live and handover, and support pre-sales and business growth.

Implement and configure enterprise Workday HCM solutions, lead functional workstreams, engage and advise customers, mentor junior consultants, support sales and estimates, and rotate across delivery and application management services.

As a Workday HCM Lead Consultant, you'll implement Workday solutions, lead project workstreams, and provide guidance to customers while supporting junior team members.

Build early-stage sales pipeline through prospecting, qualification, relationship nurturing, and demand generation. Engage prospects across phone, email, and social media; understand buyer needs; articulate Kainos offerings; support strategic account planning and events; collaborate with marketing, regional managers, and account executives; and present solutions professionally while meeting opportunity and revenue targets.
