Configure and implement WebEOC and related web-based solutions for clients across Australia and New Zealand. Translate emergency-response requirements into system configurations, documentation, process improvements, training content, and assessments. Provide technical assistance, Tier 2 support, progress tracking, and support during Emergency Operations Centre activations. The role requires front-end web development, technical business analysis, client interaction, multitasking, and occasional travel.
