Owns Justrite Australia’s distributor and channel partner network, delivering profitable growth through channel strategy, joint business planning, partner development, sales forecasting, commercial negotiations, product training, and new product launches. The role manages strategic accounts, recruits and enables distributors, drives portfolio adoption, monitors performance and market trends, and collaborates with sales, marketing, operations, customer service, and product teams. It is field-based and requires national travel to distributor locations, customer sites, and industry events.

Lead marketing growth for a business unit by defining segment priorities, value propositions, and go-to-market plans. Drive demand generation, product launches, sales enablement, and portfolio strategy using market and customer insights. Measure and optimize pipeline, revenue attribution, and marketing ROI while partnering across sales, product, finance, and operations to improve conversion and margin.

Lead day-to-day operations for PVC, Sewing and Signs value stream, managing a 25+ person team to deliver safe, on-time, quality production. Oversee production flow, inventory, quality (NCRs), labour allocation, continuous improvement (Lean/Gemba), and customer/sales coordination while driving performance via short-interval control and KPIs.

The HR Advisor will support the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance, while driving employee engagement and HR strategies.
