The role manages strategic accounts, recruits and enables distributors, drives portfolio adoption, monitors performance and market trends, and collaborates with sales, marketing, operations, customer service, and product teams. It is field-based and requires national travel to distributor locations, customer sites, and industry events.

Lead marketing growth for a business unit by defining segment priorities, value propositions, and go-to-market plans. Drive demand generation, product launches, sales enablement, and portfolio strategy using market and customer insights. Measure and optimize pipeline, revenue attribution, and marketing ROI while partnering across sales, product, finance, and operations to improve conversion and margin.
