Teams at Junior Adventures Group

Own and improve enterprise cloud, endpoint, security, and network infrastructure across Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, Cisco Meraki, and Ubiquiti environments. Design Zero Trust architectures, manage security controls and mobile platforms, lead infrastructure projects, troubleshoot complex incidents, document systems, identify risks, and mentor junior IT staff. The role is onsite in Camberwell three to four days weekly, with occasional critical after-hours changes.

Provides first-line support to Australian families regarding childcare bookings, enrolments, billing, payments, and subsidies. Responds through phone, email, and online chat; investigates and resolves issues; maintains accurate records across multiple systems; and delivers empathetic, professional customer experiences. The role is full-time for six months, with initial in-office training followed by hybrid work.
