Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and visualizations using complex financial and operational data. Analyze trends, support KPI and performance measurement frameworks, monitor report refreshes, investigate data discrepancies, and communicate actionable insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders across international teams.

Lead an outside-school-hours-care service for children aged 5–12, including children from an early learning centre. Responsibilities include supervising and developing educators, creating child-centred activities, managing rosters and daily operations, maintaining compliance, and completing administration. The Coordinator works Monday to Friday afternoons in a part-time fixed-term role and receives support from regional managers and the central office team.

Lead a team of educators to deliver before- and after-school programs for children aged 5-12, oversee rostering, compliance, admin, and run child-centered activities (STEM, sports, arts). Provide mentorship, ensure safety and regulatory requirements, and liaise with regional managers and office support.
