Own end-to-end strategic account management for hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data centre customers. Build executive relationships, influence early design and cooling decisions, lead complex cross-portfolio deals (HVAC, BMS, fire, security, digital), and maintain pipeline, forecasting, and CRM discipline to drive long-term revenue.

Provide administrative support to the service department including phone handling, job request creation, invoicing, timecard entry, purchase orders, inventory/Pronto processing, record-keeping, and documentation. Support reception and service administrators, reconcile accounts, manage WIP and returns, and help improve internal systems and training materials.

Support outside sales by preparing pricing and quotes, following up to convert opportunities, managing CRM opportunities and records, liaising with customers/resellers, and handling administrative tasks to keep sales processes organized and responsive.
