Lead lease negotiations, acquisitions and divestments across a national property portfolio. Manage 35–40 transactions yearly, deliver cost reductions, prepare business cases, oversee transaction lifecycle, and maintain stakeholder relationships while using TM Essentials and other platforms to drive efficiencies.

Lead global CRE technology programs: define strategy and roadmaps, manage governance, risks, budgets, stakeholder alignment, deliver on-time/in-budget deployments, and apply AI for reporting and forecasting.

Welcome and assist visitors, operate switchboard and visitor registration, coordinate meeting rooms and events, manage deliveries and contractor induction, monitor premises and safety, support workplace administration including invoice tracking and supplies, and act as emergency warden while representing JLL and AustralianSuper to high hospitality standards.
