Teams at JLL

Welcome and assist visitors, operate switchboard and visitor registration, coordinate meeting rooms and events, manage deliveries and contractor induction, monitor premises and safety, support workplace administration including invoice tracking and supplies, and act as emergency warden while representing JLL and AustralianSuper to high hospitality standards.

Manage day-to-day operations of a major commercial property, including leasing, tenant engagement, budgets, forecasting, capital expenditure, rent and debt management, reporting, lease administration, and customer retention. Lead customer-focused teams, oversee events and surveys, maintain owner relationships, and support financial and asset planning. The role requires commercial property management experience, an Australian real estate license, strong financial capability, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Coordinates employee car parking and workplace operations, including permit processing, inquiries, appeals, invoicing, mailroom services, locker allocations, vendor coordination, floor inspections, asset management, and event support. The role maintains efficient office operations, resolves maintenance needs, supports workplace technology processes, and collaborates with employees, building management, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver a professional workplace experience.
