Manage 35–40 transactions yearly, deliver cost reductions, prepare business cases, oversee transaction lifecycle, and maintain stakeholder relationships while using TM Essentials and other platforms to drive efficiencies.

Lead lease negotiations and manage transaction activities across a large real estate portfolio. Support lease administration, budgeting, rent-roll reporting, stakeholder engagement, technology-enabled transaction management, continuous improvement, and divestment/exit processes.

The role involves leading the strategic management of commercial property portfolios, executing transactions, and ensuring effective stakeholder relationships and financial oversight.
