Lead parcel locker site identification, lease/license negotiations, and cross-functional coordination to secure and implement locker locations. Manage stakeholder relationships, pipeline reporting in Salesforce, and ensure timely, cost-effective roll-out meeting KPIs.

On-site finance manager responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and 10-year reforecasts, month- and year-end close, tenant recoveries, rent calculations, cost control, owner remittances, audit coordination, debtor management and leading a small finance team while liaising with building management, clients and internal stakeholders for two large commercial sites.
