Owns day-to-day financial management for a retail property, including budgets, forecasting, cash flow, month-end reporting, variance analysis, owner remittances, audits, accounting adjustments, and client presentations. The role ensures financial accuracy, compliance, cost control, and timely reporting while partnering with centre management and external stakeholders.

Perform complex plant and equipment valuations for public sector assets using financial modeling, market research, sensitivity analysis, and advanced Excel. Validate financial assumptions, analyze market evidence, manage valuation delivery for financial reporting, and prepare clear reports for clients and stakeholders. The role requires knowledge of Australian Valuation Standards or USPAP, strong analytical and communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
