Lead and execute acquisitions, divestments and lease negotiations across a national portfolio. Manage 35–40 transactions annually, prepare business cases and market analysis, advise on lease structures and valuations, drive cost reductions, oversee transaction lifecycle, and maintain stakeholder relationships while using technology to improve efficiencies and reporting.

Manage sustainability data collection, analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communications for energy, water, waste, and emissions. Support audits, utility billing, climate risk data gathering, and lead sustainability projects from business case to delivery.

The HSSE Business Partner conducts site inspections, provides technical guidance on health, safety, and environmental compliance, supports team engagement, and identifies improvements across projects.
