Leads digital designers and campaign specialists in delivering digital marketing campaigns across email, websites, landing pages, competitions, and digital catalogues. Responsibilities include creative design leadership, campaign planning, template innovation, brand guideline management, platform optimization, technology and process improvement, budget oversight, and vendor management. The role collaborates with promotions, merchandising, IT Engineering, and customer experience teams to execute sales events and ongoing digital marketing activity.

Consult with customers in the Clayton showroom to recommend kitchen, bathroom, and laundry solutions. Manage the complete customer journey from quotation and sale through delivery, installation coordination, and follow-up. Build lasting customer relationships, maintain product and systems knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative sales team. This is a permanent part-time role requiring regular weekend availability.

Leads a JB Hi-Fi store team to achieve sales goals, deliver excellent customer service, maintain merchandising and presentation standards, coach and develop employees, and ensure stock integrity and loss-prevention compliance across product categories.
