Lead and coach the store sales team to achieve sales targets, maintain high shop-floor presentation and stock integrity, enforce loss-prevention procedures, and support customer service and merchandising across product categories.

Provide administrative and finance support to a retail store: daily cash counts and deposits, timesheet review, employee records management, process improvement support, and reconciliation of store expenses and accounts.

Serve as the welcoming front desk and administrative hub for the Noble Park support centre. Manage phone lines, reception and training inboxes, office facilities, deliveries, vendor contacts, and coordinate training and new-starter events, welcome packs, and induction logistics while providing general administrative support.
